The Challenge

A company specializing in sourcing and importing vehicles from the USA and Korea attracted customers through Instagram, TikTok, and Google ads. Managers received a high volume of messages daily — most asking the same repetitive questions: how much does it cost to import a car, how long does delivery take, which vehicles are available, and what budget is needed. The sales team spent the bulk of their working hours on these initial consultations, repeating the same answers over and over instead of closing deals.

Our Solution

We implemented an automated conversation system on n8n with an AI assistant that handles first-contact customer inquiries. When a customer reaches out via the website or messenger, the AI asks targeted questions: purchase budget, desired make and model, year, engine type, and country of origin (USA or Korea). After collecting the answers, the system builds a customer profile, creates a lead in the CRM with all preferences documented, generates a concise summary, and passes the structured lead to a manager. In some cases, the system can also automatically send the customer matching vehicle listings from auctions.
